Oil-Free Screw Compressors for Dry Bulk Transport
These air-cooled, compact, contactless, oil-free, screw compressors are designed to be direct PTO-driven on tank trucks for the discharge of all types of dry products from road tankers including powders, granules, pellets and feeds. The wide flow and pressure ranges allow the maximum discharge rate to be achieved on all 2 bar g applications and multiple packages are available to suit every application.
This leading design was achieved through a combination of our own design knowledge, complimented through leverage of the best available expertise in the industry providing market leading reliability, performance, instillation and other benefits to the tank-truck markets.
With dual input drive rotation, multi outlet port positions, direct PTO input drive speed range and slim profile, the machine is designed to fit within the chassis.
- Purpose designed ancillaries including mounting brackets, absorptive or reactive silencers and discharge cooler / inlet filter modules provided separately or in several ready-to-fit packages all add to the ease of fitting.
- The XK machines are, by design, the most efficient in the market today which is borne out by the low power required for the airflow and pressures produced. No extra drive ancillaries, eg. Step-ups, oil coolers or other hidden costs are required with these units.
Oil-Free Screw Compressors for Liquid Discharge Tankers
Lightweight and compact, this contactless screw compressor/blower is a unique design in the liquid discharge market, providing contaminant-free air and low maintenance for the oil-free discharge of bulk liquids from general purpose tankers eg. liquid foodstuff, solvents, acids, alkalis, hot bitumen and other chemicals.
Hydrapak Hydraulic Oil Coolers
Blowers, compressors, vacuum pumps, cargo pumps and other equipment are all driven at times through hydraulic systems through necessity or convenience. Recognising this many years ago, we created hydraulic oil coolers containing a small reservoir and all the other hydraulic equipment required to cool, clean, monitor and protect hydraulic systems in compact, easy-to-mount and connect designs.
The Hydrapak is a compact, low weight (17 kgs) design containing the reservoir, return filter, radiator, cooling fan and system relief valve so that it simply needs to be mounted on the vehicle and connected to the hydraulic pump and motor. This allows equipment to operate all day at a fraction of the weight of oil tank-cooled systems.
The Hydrapak oil cooler contains all the necessary ancillaries required in a blower, compressor or pump drive system and allows greater flexibility to install products in the available space, on trailers or close to tanks in the case of Cargo pumps.
Vacuum pumps for Transport Industry
Gardner Denver Wittig produces a broad, high quality range of vacuum pumps for waste and other liquid collection in the road tanker industry. A vacuum, produced by removing air from the tank with a compressor/vacuum pump, causes liquid to flood into the vessel. The range of liquids collected is extensive, the majority being from waste/cleaning operations, but also liquid foodstuffs and others. Design technologies employed include vane, lobe and liquid ring which provide the flow, vacuum and noise performance required in the different markets.
